Listen to this one. My friend Dana came into the shop carrying an amazing old-timey plastic mermaid figure, looking to rid herself of the thing for various associative reasons. As I scratched my head and admired the mermaid, Janine (pictured) stepped up and offered to exchange her delicious vegan cupcakes for the piece. Rapture!
